Ian draws on his management training and experience during his time at Nat West Bank and benefits from vast youth work experience Rural Staffordshire, amongst the tower blocks of Central London and the huge council estates of Bestwood and Top Valley in Nottingham.
Ian began work at Bishops Green in 1999 as a Youth Worker for North Hampshire Rural Youth Project and worked to establish Bishops Green Youth Project as a charitable trust in 2002. Ian now manages our work at Bishops Green and Greenham under our new name: Community Youth Project.
Tony Hiller
Volunteer DJ
Tony is a Professional DJ based in Newbury, Tony's DJ skills help to create a great atmosphere in our Youth Clubs and young people appreciate the chance to learn how to use our Pioneer CDJs.
Andrea Raymond
Volunteer Youth Support Worker
Andrea doesn't like to take center stage and unfortunately that means that she doesn't always receive the recognition and praise that she deserves for her hard work supporting the youth project. Andrea's fun loving personality ensures that the leaders have just as much fun as the young people.
